WH People was established by 3 friends, with over 70 years industry experience, we are motivated by our conviction that there are be more effective ways to deliver simple consulting solutions to solve quickly and cost effectively for business challenges.

Our measure of success is that your team are empowered and equipped so we aren’t needed to solve the same problem for you again. In our view this makes us unique in the market.

The People of WH People

W is for Wendy Muirhead. Wendy has spent her career in finance, HCM and payroll industries supporting organisations to grow. She is incredibly passionate about supporting inclusive and diverse cultures within organisations and has led departments and businesses for over 22 years.

She fundamentally believes that there is incredible value through shared insights. Feedback is the key to success. People make the difference, yet there truly is an art to executing your message effectively to drive positive results.

An advocate for change, she believes everyone has gifts to contribute to overall team success. Her passion and enthusiasm for supporting positive change both in enterprise, the HCM & payroll industries and society overall.

H is for Helen Seale. Helen spent 30+ years in retail holding senior operational, employee engagement, HRIS and transformational HR posts. In the last 7 years she has worked in the HCM space both in leadership, sales, and Application management support. She is an experienced board level Business Partner

Helen is passionate about driving business performance through engaged workforces. The link between a business brand and the experience of the employees who represent it were forged early in her career working for one the largest employee-owned businesses in the UK.

An advocate for simplification and good process Helen wants to help drive outcomes that enable business and individual growth.

P is for Paul Karnowski. Paul has spent 15+ years in HCM, WFM and payroll, with roles across operations, delivery, product management and pre-sales. He has spent the last 4 years leading an EMEA wide team of pre-sales solution consultants.

Paul is driven to bring value to organisations through process optimisation combined with world class employee experiences driven by technology. He believes that a highly engaged workforce supported by the latest innovations in HCM tech quantifiably drives improved business performance and results.

An advocate for work life balance and the employee experience, Paul’s passion is helping businesses understand how technology can drive efficiency and engagement at all levels of an organisation.
