"I approached WH People as I was concerned about the rising cost of my global payroll especially in the USA and wanted to drive cost savings and efficiencies. I only had a short window of opportunity before by current Provider’s contact rolled over.

Within a short discovery call with WH People they were able to establish what TFG needed from a risk profile. After the call WH People ran it through PACE - where they were able to establish 3 alternative vendors that could offer the services TFG required. We needed full support for HR, Tax Advice, Treasury and Gross to Net Payroll services within 5 countries.

WH People ensured that TFG had the buy in of the CEO, and that he was supportive to go ahead with the project. WH People offered the choice for TFG to lead the process or them to support, as their support could accelerate the overall process for us with the intended aim to deliver a new supplier within 4 - 8 weeks’ timeframe.

It was clear that a hard cost saving could be achieved through migrating, the business case was formed which not only covered the one-time costs, but enables much richer functionality to help our employee experience and support our growth plans. The next stage was to facilitate the discovery and cross compare our existing service support against our chosen 2 vendors, which continued throughout the process. WH People ensured that we as a team fairly documented the feedback from all sessions, so metrics were available to measure the evaluation of the 2 vendors.

WH People had a 33-step process which rapidly accelerated to blackline agreement, which enabled us to get contracts sighed within 6 weeks and 2 days from start to finish. Which is amazing.

In additional to the outstanding support we got from WH People, they also added value throughout the process by making valuable suggestions for risk prevention throughout the evaluation, contracting and delivering the project.
